Gram sabha held near panchayt building at machama A on 11th of 2022 .in which all PRI Members Sarpanch secretry panchayat GRS were present on this occassion some instruction were passed to all regarding the planing and programms of Gram swraj week activities and all were directed to participate in all activities related to iconic week and maha gram sabha safaiyee abhiyan switch bahrat mission etc and also a karwaiyee were maintained by GRS Photographs where also uploaded on panchayat portal
Sabahiyee abhiyan programm were held by panchayat halqa Machhma A in which secretry panchayat and GRS PRIs and sarpanch took part as a key role to make this programm successful and also awarness were passed to all comman citizens shopkeepers and others how to make surroundings clean and clear .this safaiyee programm was properly impelmented on grounds by all .Specially this programme is organised to make village neat and clean .on th 13/04/2022 this programme was impelmented on ground and is continue upto end of this moth
Cleaning streets
posters for awarness of Gram Saraj month pasted at different places of panchayat halqa Machhama on 9th April 2022 by concerned GRS.All the citizens of pyt of machama are informed to participate in iconic week and maha gram sabha etc at pyt machhma on different scheduled date at different places
Gram sabha was organised at High school Machama.in which secretry panchayat /GRS and all Line department employees ,Sarpanch PRIs ,and the chief of guest was DDC tral Mr Dr Herbakish singh.on the occassions different deligation come to put forwarded their geniune demads in front of DDC tral .Some demands were discussed and solved onspot but the main demands which where raised by the citizens of machama AB also noted and assurence were given to all deligations about the redressel of thier geniune demands on priority basis .Moreover the PRI amount of the year 2022 onspot a plane was framed by the locals of the halqa on their own will they demanded that the infrastrecture of electricity in this area is worst and they divert all this amount to PDD department .this was held in the moth of April 2022also
mgnrea workers are working at panchayat halqa machama village sadernag zahirard .they are very happy to work as in mrega when the time of earning is silent .they are working in a spring at sadernag inorder to protect the natural source of water from dirt and other thing .a plan approved this work namely Imp of 8no springs at pyt machama A is under progress and hopefully it will benifit at least 200 families of this village and over all 600 families will be benifited and safe and clean drinking water will be given to them in future .people apriciate the efforts in which comman masses are given benifit .overall mgnrega programe has brought a clenical change in villages

Iconic Week Activities
Polythene drive was done by panchayat secretry / GRS both from panchayat halqa Machama A and Machama B including one PPA .on the instructions of worthy BDO tral .A team led by all the three employees put forwarded their efforts to seiz the polythene from shopkeepers and instructed them to avoid its use in shops regularly .The team also make awareness among all the citizens about the bad effect of polythene bags and its uses the drive was started on 12th April 2022 on the direction of BDO Tral for the halqas like Karmulla,Bathnoor,Panner,mandoora,Chewa uller ,pinglish AB and Rathsuna ..they started it on 12/04/2022 and is continue till 24 th of this moth of April 2022
Cleaness of irrigation kulls and drains programme organised by panchayat halqa in which the concerned GRS / VLW including PRI members were present all the members put forwarded their great efforts to make this cleaness drive a successful .we tried to make it a strong drive of cleaness of irrigation kulls and drains of panchayat halqa machama was held on 15th April and 16th april 2022 at panchayat machama the main probilem cleared by te team from kulls was so dangrous for humans and awarness were passed to all not to throw any harmful material dast nad other things on kulls nnd drains
playing activities done by students of high school at machama .in which different teams of that area played different games like ,chess,kerrom board, volley ball, crocket ,cabadi etc on 14th of April 2022 these activities were done by all players VLW/GRS and other all PRI Members were present .and they too were very happy to see the Gram swraj month as a unique one and also aprised the new efforts of govt and other new things for youth are very appritable .main key for this successfull function is GRS of this halqa who done a comandable efforts to make this program successful
Sports activity done by players of high school lalpora kehlil during maha sabha programm .Volley ball match played by two teams lalpora A and Lalpora B on 17/04/2022
Today on 17/04/2022 a maha gram sabha of Panchayat halqa Machama AB and Lalpora AB was held at Govt High School Lalpora Kehlil in which all line departments ,VLWs/GRSs of both the halqas PRI ,members sarpanchs ,asha workers ,Anganwadi workers ,and othere men and women a spotrs team of volley ball including their PT Sir and helth department was paresnt .So many things were discussed by all pRI members their problims faced by them are highlited and onspot monitering pannel clear it onspot .so many easy things were clear immidiatey but other thinngs including employee s problim were registered on karwaiyee for thier solution .More over This maha sabha was successfully organised on the month of April.and can call it Gram swraj month
today on 17th of April 2022 during Maha sabha at high school Lalpora kehlil .A medical team from PHC lalpora kehlil was present with all first aid medicine and also an injured student of volley ball team were checked and bandage and batadine were gien to him onspot ..
Registeration of vendors at panchayat halqa machama done by concrrned sectrery panchayat including GRS .Atleast ten new youths name register on the registeration forms today of 18th April 2022 at village machama and others will be register gradually
